One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Potsdam calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Potsdam foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Potsdam customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Potsdam crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Potsdam emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.

No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Potsdam horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.

If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Potsdam customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Potsdam customers through this process many times.
Our trucks are recognizable around Potsdam — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.

"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
